Cancellation Policy
Any first time cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will be excused. The second cancellation (within 24 hours), 25% of your scheduled appointment will be charged to your card. On the third cancellation, the card on file will be charged 50% of the cost of the booked service. If the card declines when I go to collect the fee, you will be made to pay the fee of the service before rebooking with me. No call/No show is unacceptable. In this case you will not be allowed to rebook unless contacting me personally on any social media or email.
